  • Replacing My Pump and Sending Unit;HELP!

Hey everyone. So thanks to eurotiva I have a good pump and assembly on its way up to me for installation, but I want to make sure I do everything right when taking out the old and putting in the new. Anyone got any experience with this and might be able to lend a word of advise or possible pictures? everything is much appreciated as always.

Under the back seat,10 screws , 2 clamps , 2 plugs. It dont get much easier. Unless of course the screws to the pump itself are rusted. Take a look at em before you get the replacement and soak em in PB Blast if they are.

yep, it's pretty well straight forward.just becareful pulling the assembly up out of the tank, you will need to twist it around a little to get it out. but 1 hour tops you should be done. g/l

OK, before jumping to removing the pump, first disconnect the battery ground lead!
