  • Carbed to Fuel injected.....??

Don't know if this is the right place or not, but I just recently bought 2 festivas, one is carb'd and the other is fuel injected.....the FI one doesn't have a title and I was wondering how hard it would be to change the carbed one over to FI?

Has anyone on here done this? How hard is it? I'm assuming I would have to change wiring harnesses, gas tank....what else?

Also remove the door tags (stickers). Save the one that matches the dash your using. The vin # is also stamped on the firewall, no easy way to switch this.

Swap the dash, remove the door tags and don't worry about it.

I used the dash out of a carbed car in my FI car. I had to swap the harness in the dashes. The 88 and 90 dash plugs were different.
