I have a 91 festiva and need info about the fuel pump. The pump in the tank is going out, can Iput an electric in line pump instead of dropping my tank? If so what would be the psi needed?

Welcome!
You don't drop your tank to swap out the fuel pump.
There is an access port under the back seat.
Fold the seat forward, pop the plastic faseners holding down the carpet.
You'll then see a plate with a couple of wires going ounder it.
Undo the hold down bolts and remove.
Under the plate is the top of the fuel tank and the fuel pump/sender assembly.
This is held in place by 8 philips head screws.
Might need to hit them with PB-Blaster so you don't strip them out (makes for a long day).
This is the short version a detailed version can be provided.
Give some though to adding your location to your profile as someone in your area may be in the area and can help you with this.
Go to User CP (top of the Page in the blue bar)
Control Panel(left side of screen)
Edit Profile-scroll to bottom of page to location.'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)
