Door window adjustment alignment

Door window adjustment alignment

92 L windows in both driver and passenger doors difficult to roll down or
up. Seems like glass is in bind and channels are probably out of adjustment.
Anyone have advise as proper way to adjust? All comments appreciated.

need to lube the tracks....common problem with the Festy.
