Steering Rack Boot Replacement

Was replacing the ALT. belt last night(fixed my charging problem) and noticed the rack boot is torn all the way around.

Can this be replaced without removed the rack from the car?

Can I assume FMS might be the only place to locate these parts?

Thanks, I'll check there tomorrow. Did they have it hanging there in the store or did you have to special order it? All my stores seem to have nothing in them anymore but crap poser rice racer parts.

BTW, if anyone uses Mechanix gloves, my Advanced Auto has the $15 Fast-fit gloves on sale for $9.71. I wear them all the time and you don't have to jerk around with the velcro on the Fast-fits.
