  • inner tie rods fine threaded

I'm replacing the steering rack in my car. A 1993 festiva. The steering rack is from my 1990 festiva parts car. I'm replacing the tie rods, ends, and LCAs. My problem is tho, the kit I bought from FMS on ebay has fine threads on the inner tie rods. The rack has coarse threads.

So should I get the rack tapped for the fine threads... is that even possible?
Is it possible that the rack in my car uses the fine threads?
Or should I just shell out more cash for different inner tie rods?

Same thing happen with me and Roger send me an other pair of tie rod end with coarse thread for free. Ask him and if he don't want than open a dispute.

Just bought some also. I sent him an email to clarify and make sure I get the right ones (1989).
