  • Retaining clip on end of axle

Pulled out my axles and noticed one of the clips that keeps axle in going into tranny is expanded much wider than the end of the axle itself. It was also tight coming out. Anybody know where I can get one of these clips?

They are supposed to be bigger than the splines. That way they hold the axles in. Sometimes they can be difficult to get out.

And sometimes they don't come out at all. Ended up cracking a tranny case and the axle end never did come out, so that's why I upgraded lol.
But new ones come with the cv axles or you get one when you buy a boot kit.
