I just replace the entire shaft with a rebuilt one
pull it out and pop it in,

Sounds to me like he has been changing his CV joints TWICE a year! He is asking what he can do to make them last longer? Maybe he isnt greasing them enough or something?? Looks like the boots aint gettin old enuf to tear if he's changing twice a year. He is using a translator program and those dont always get the words right. He is from Venezuela.
There are some spanish speaking folk here, wanna help him out?

Is the grease you are using a Moly based grease? The molybdenum-disulfide grease is a high pressure, high heat grease, check your auto parts store to be sure you have it in your CV's.
Aspires and Sways all around, Miata B6 installed, KYB G2Rs just installed in front. Wish for coil overs someday.

Oh! one more thing, I wonder if your outer bell of your Rzeppa joint is hardened? I noticed when I had mine apart I could see heat treating done.
My CV's are the Tripod design, much different from the Rzeppa joint you have shown in your pictures.

Yes .. I change the CV around twice a year, when they do maintenance, do not last long when they begin to ring and when I realize it is very late and I have to change them. Mmmm ... molybdenum grease, would be a better option when it comes to maintenance?

well ... external bell is flexible (I assure you of that before they install it) has told me that if the bell is very rigid which tends to fracture and dirt gets in.

as CV design changes by the year of the car or manual or automatic transmission for example my CV `s are 19 grooves and Festy is the year 1992 and both CV's are equal

The advice I got locally was also just to replace the whole axle with a rebuilt one.

Sounds like you are having the CV joint serviced instead of replacing the whole half axle. Maybe that's the way it's done in Venezuela, but here almost everyone recommends replacing the axle with a new or rebuilt one. They should last a lot longer than 6 months.

I just read somewhere that Venezuela is the only place in the world that you can still buy a new Festiva. True? To me that says something good about the people running your country. If only Ford had been truly committed to the Festiva concept and worked to promote and sell it, rather than using its good mileage to enable them to make more money selling big over-priced SUVs, we all would be a lot better off.
