88 festiva carb adjustment need help

my festiva i think is running rich or lean not sure but i need help with it

i actually found out what was wrong with since it was puttering i took it apart and changed the second half the barrels with another carb i had and now it full runs nice no puttering or stalling i recommend anyone needing a repair let me know fixing it was easy i bought 2 kits for $50 i still have 2 other carbs from the junk yard i might rebuild and sell since i know what goes bad in them there's also a little filter screen when gas comes in the kit comes with 3 of these cause they can break and they rather supply u with parts heres a pic of carb after i put it back together
