I was wondering is it worth buying the performance parts from fms like the headers ,camshafts, and more from that website for my festiva and install it on my stock 1.3 and would it add more hp and torque.

Cheaper and easier to swap in a B6. That will give you 19 more HP to start, and you can build from there.
