I searched but couldn't find how do you switch from a vacuum actuated disty to all electric 1? my 89 festy has fi with vacumm disty wanna go electric searced showed that 89, 90-93 fi cars have all electric but????

Your '89 is a "one off" unit found only on '89 ATX, festiva wise anyway.
I believe, and I could be wrong, you can swap it for a "90-'93, but you will lose approx 4 degrees advance that the vacuum unit will give you.
I know for a fact that if you still want to do the swap, 25Horseplay will trade you straight-up!

I thought the vacuum distys with were better because of that 4 deg of advance, anyways, theres 89 efi disty at Wrench N' Go in my old car here in Des Moines, I could verify if its still there and for cost + shipping + handling I would be willing to get it for you, but it probably won't be cheap since its from wrench n go. 90-93 EFI dizzys only work with those cars. The 89 auto EFI is basically the same as the carbed dizzys. The auto dizzy reaches full mechanical advance sooner than the carbed dizzy (springs on centifugal weights). If you have an 89 auto, you are stuck with the vac advance dizzy. If you want to switch to an electronic dizzy, you'll need to swap in an entire harness and PCM from a 90-93 auto car.

was just thinking of doing the swap but if vaccums better than ill keep it. i had evrything in my wrecked 93 festy.
