Do not need to remove brake rotor to replace CV boot or the whole axle for that matter.

Not certain you have asked the question you really wanted.

You can used a split boot to replace a torn/lost/destroyed boot.
But this is not a satisfactory repair.
Your best bet is an axle replacement.
It is more expensive, but a more permanent solution.

replacing cv boot cause it split, need to know if it can be done without removing the nut on end of axle, and just dropping the back plate assembly from bottom of strut.

there isn't anything that you'd call a "back plate" on the front hub.
Maybe you are referring to the rotor shroud?
In any case a using a kit, called a split boot, you can replace the failed one without removing anything other than the old boot itself.

If you use a single piece boot, the axle nut must come off as well as the outer tie rods. so that the axle can be removed from the hub and the new boot slide over the now exposed axle.
