I have a 1992 ford festiva that runs terrible...some of the time. it sputters alot, it idles great though(purrs like a kitten) and then you drive it a little ways and it misses and sputters terribly. if you slow down too much it will kill. i think it's a valve problem, or maybe timing? there's quite a bit of smoke coming out of the valve cover vent. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
