Coolant Temperature Sensor Wiring Harness Removal (green connector) '91???

Hi All,

I've been toiling with trying to remove the CTS wiring connector for an hour or so and now I'm stumped. It doesn't appear to simply pull/wiggle off and I can't seam to squeeze it to loosen it up. Anyone have any special tips to get it off? (The CTS I have is stock with the factory green wiring harness connector. It appears to have a metal u clip on it but for the life of me, it just won't give and I don't want to damage it. Maybe its the heat that's kicking me. Thx!

Nevermind. I figured it out (just had to lift up on the clip with a small flathead

Connectors on Festivas are the most frustrating because some you squeeze (& pull apart), some you pull up the tab (& pull apart), and others you simply pull off. What idiots!
