Right turn squeal.

'90 Festiva, when I turn right especially at a slow/low speed I get a fairly loud rubber like squeal from the right side somewhere around the front suspension.

ANY IDEAS? What's wrong and how can I get it fixed before FM4???

A constant squeal yet only when turning the steering wheel, and now you mention it not sure if it is sqeaulling when it returns to home?
I think so. It is definietly a rubber noise.
