Need help with the stock spring setting of the air flow meter

  • Need help with the stock spring setting of the air flow meter

    Can anyone take a photo or count the clicks of a stock air flow meter because, I have messed with the spring and I didn't know what the stock setting was.
    Here is a pic of what I want to know.

    its differnt from every car.... your best bet is to start it and hold the arm that moves inside it till it idles where you want it to (very touchy so you must have a steady hand...) then tighten or loosen the spring ill when you let go of it, the arm dosnt move from where you had it...

      I don't think that the factory made them all different do they? The factory made them all the same settings. That's what I want.

        The Vaf's hould be all set the same it's the TPS and distributor that are different....

            Does anyone knows if one like this will work for the festiva? Because I had destroyed the small metal brush that slides on the black slide. But where I live I can't find the correct one. The one I have found is from a Mazda mx3 mk1 1993. Not sure that the part number is like this because I didn't see it.
