Another Seafoam question

I just wanna know, what vacuum line is the best to use? In the past i've poured it right down the carb....is it any different going through a vacuum line? Also would it be more beneficial to run it through the gas instead, so it goes through the carb?

Anything that goes to the manifold.

They have it in a Spray Can now so you don't have to mess with vac lines.
