  • What to pick on an Aspire

    Hello again,

My friend is trashing is ol' Aspire and I know certain parts are bolt-ons for Festiva. What's worth picking on an Aspire.

    Thanks

Steering knuckles, rear torsion beam, E-Brake cable, rear hubs, front brake lines ( rubber ones ), master cylinder. Front seats if they are nice.

+ motor, tranny , and rims as G-Dirt mentioned. Save all the hardware.

So it's that much compatible? Wew. We got job to do!
        So far:

        Suspension
        Tranny,
        Engine,
        Rims,
        Steering knucles,
        rear torsion beam,
        E-brake cable, rear hubs,
        frotn brake lines,
        master cylinder,
        front seats.

I'm in appartment and don't have much space to pack large spare parts such as tranny or engine, but all the rest will be scavenged!

        Thanks
        J-S

          Warning :
The front seats arent a direct bolt up , you'll have to do some seat track swapping with the festiva . I had a thread on this somewhere. I think its the inner tracks.

The rear torsion beam is a direct bolt on to the Festiva, but the hubs (spindles) are not. If you are short on space and are thinking of just keeping only the hubs, they won't bolt up to the Festiva torsion beam. You need the whole Aspire torsion beam to use the hubs.
                  You gonna race that thing?
