Well first off this 92L is the easiest car i have ever worked on. When I turn the running lights on the tail light fuse pops 15A. I pulled the stearing wheel to check the combination switch and also found out why my horn doesnt work. the rod that hits the ring for the horn was bent and had busted the Combination switch housing, could having the busted housing cause some kind of short that would pop the fuse?

I believe that all the light/combo switches are the same regardless of the year. (1988-1993).

I doubt anyone has changed this froman Aspire. Go to a JY and compare the Aspire one with your Festy one, and let us know what you find out.

I seem to recall the early, orange lettered, combo switch is different from the later, white lettered ones.

well i made it to pick-n-pull today. The 88-89 w/ orange letters are different from 90-93 w/ white letters and the aspire is different. The 90-93 has an extra three wire plug which controls the power after the headlight relay, because 88-89 dont use relays. next question would be where exactly are the Parkinglamp Relay and the Headlamp Relay?

according to alldata, it says RH front corner of engine compartment for the parklamp relay and LH front corner of the engine compartment for the headlamp relay. i would assume that means behind the headlamps.
