need advice

I am at work so I can't spend a lot of time searching for the answer. Here is what I have.

I have a 93 1.3. It has new rack and pinion, axle shafts, wheel bearings, exhaust, brakes, rotors, struts front and rear, washer fluid pump, tires, good stock wheels, etc........

The engine is a little noisy, but runs very strong first through third gear. Now the engine is using some oil. The tranny is a little loose in the shifter, but I think the falling shifter thread will fix that. The clutch is good also.

I am interested in changing the engine out to a bigger engine, but want to keep most if not all of the driveline parts, tranny included since they are all new.

What is the simplest engine swap that I can do and still keep my cost and labor down.

Yep - swap in a B6. +20HP pep for potentially $20-$300 buckaroos. Direct bolt in.

If I go to a non turbo b6 do I need to take the wiring harness or computer with it?

Comp yes, harness no. Make sure the comp is a two plug though, some years of B6 had a three plug comp. Festiva is two plug and a three plug will not work.
