The more interesting question would be a DOHC B6 head on a B3 block. But at that point, you might as well just do a Miata/Capri DOHC B6 swap instead.1988 Chevy Sprint Turbo 997ccComment

And then once you do the DOHC B6 swap you find out that you basically have a turbo-ready motor with oil and coolant drains already there and you gather turbo parts to swap in. Its all downhill as soon as you start thinking swap.91GL BP/F3A with boost

A DOHC B3 head would be a very rare cyl head if that's truly what it is
