I would say yes, as it notes the MX3 fitment, as well as saying it fits "all Mazda engines." The threads look like they fit, too. Of course there's a slight chance it won't fit. Why don't you ask him via ebay email to make sure?
Oh, and just be careful of the "intense speed" that will result from this purchase! :p

Sometimes the sellers dont know too. They just sell 'em. I was thinking that cap would fit the B3.
