Ive taken apart my 93 aus carby engine and the head is pretty bad oil wise thick black clumpy stuff so ive started to clean that and i noticed running through the head the water inlet the whole inside is brown like rust i wasnt too worried about it until i looked at the carby and inlet manifold and also at the head gasket. It's really dried solid clay like dirt almost and it runs through the inlet and carby and i think even to the block. I just want to know if this is salvageable or if im just wasting my time. Think i might get a second gen festiva (aspire) and go efi. I hate carby's.
