mine is 93 efi...same with me i did the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, fuel filter, coolant flush, 2 step fuel injection cleaning and a throttle body cleaning...have done alot of maintanence on this car i think it is something more technical than just maintanence...im gonna try the o2 sensor thingy

Your not going to find that ODB II socket on your festiva.
Check the original link I posted on getting the codes from the flashing of the "check engine" light.
As I said previously make sure you get the correct single connector female connector as there is more than one.
I also suggest the acquisition of of a ford or Haynes repair manual.'93 Blue 5spd 230K(down for clutch and overall maintanence)
