    mine is 93 efi...same with me i did the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor, fuel filter, coolant flush, 2 step fuel injection cleaning and a throttle body cleaning...have done alot of maintanence on this car i think it is something more technical than just maintanence...im gonna try the o2 sensor thingy

        You wont find that conector on a festiva.
        Looks like an Aspire.

          Will I find it or no? When I disconnect the o2 what should I listen/look for

            Your not going to find that ODB II socket on your festiva.
            Check the original link I posted on getting the codes from the flashing of the "check engine" light.
            As I said previously make sure you get the correct single connector female connector as there is more than one.
            I also suggest the acquisition of of a ford or Haynes repair manual.

                ya that was my fault i copied the wrong link....sorry. pu241 is right with his original post...also i just did the wire jump and it said i have a code but no engine light is on???know anything about this?

                    that's called a pending code, meaning the ECU saw something it didn't like and took note of it but is waiting for the issue to show itself again before throwing a light. this keeps intermitant issues and rare glitches from throwing the light.
                    Trees aren't kind to me...
