  • Engine stand issues

What is the best way to mount your b6t to the engine stand and what size bolts do you use to keep it on there. I went out to home depot and got some 4pm bolts wit nuts but they were to fat to go thru the holes. Any help would be appreciated.

I just used bolts that were small enough to go thru the holes and put a nut on them. It's hard to find metric bolts that are very long without paying $10 per bolt.

If you can't find long metric bolts, look for metric threaded rod. That's what I used when I needed a new bolt to hold the air cleaner on a carbed B3.

these bolts are m10 or m 12( i forget) x 1.25 thread pitch. i used a 3/8s grade 8 bolt to push thru the holes, works great.
