    Have you tried to spray some lube in all the track area from where the buckle starts and stops , that has helped mine when it started getting real slow and almost stopping.

        The switch is in each door latch, and the control is under the driver's seat. When mine started sticking I replaced the door latch.. Check to see if the connection is good first if so change the door latch. The latch is way cheaper than the module if I'm wrong.

            If you need the module FMS usually sells the module on Ebay for $9.99 $8 shipping. You could probably call them and order it also. There number is (410) 381-4660
