where is automatic tran modulator valve located ?

Hello out there mechanic and repair fans. I am trying to locate where the modulator valve is on my 1991 festiva L automatic transmission. Can anyone out there help me?

i believe its located right behind the transmission oil pan of the transmission. Just loosen and remove the rubber tube behind it. If you dont know how the modulator looks like they have pics on ebay. I had to change mines again the 2nd time after 170000 miles. You can tell when they go bad you will see smoke and sometimes it the tranmission will slip during turns up hill. hope this helps.

i meant on the left side next to the front trans mount of the oil pan.
