Hi. I am installing a clutch kit in my Aspire and as instructed I wired up the gears when I pulled the axles however they fell anyway. Any suggestions on how to correct this Thanks Conard

The only way to fix it is to take the transmission apart - completely apart. You have to remove all the gears (as an assembly) to get to the spider gears. It's not a fun job.You gonna race that thing?

I don't know how you "wired up the gears", but you should have used something like a short piece of plastic conduit, a piece of a broom handle, or an old used CV hub to stick in the hole where you took out the axle to keep the gears from dropping. As long as you have something in one side of the transmission, the gears won't drop out of place. If you have a factory service manual, it's possible to take the transmission apart and fix it. The factory manual gives you every step of the procedure. You gonna race that thing?
