  • A/C Pulley question....

I recently got a 93 GL to be a stand in for my polar express project with 14k on the clock, the previous owner picked it up in September put new fuel filter plugs wire cap rotor, all that stuff drove it for 3 weeks and the head gasket blew.... I recently got finished rebuilding the B3 out of the Polar Express, which is a 90LX. I have been wanting to put a B6T or BP in the Polar Express... as far as I know the engine in the 93 is the B3 with the Big nose pulley needed for the above engine swap, since I won't be driving the Express for a while I'm planning to swap the B3s between them and using the 93GL, my question is can I use the A/C pulley off of the Big crank pulley on the small nose pulley system or can I put the big crank pulley on the 90LX motor….. I know there is a difference in the crank pulleys but are the AC pulleys different?

Yes the AC pulleys are different, and the bolt patterns are one of the key factors.

how much different? I'm going to need one soon since that's the case, actually I'd like to get two, I guess I'll post a [WTB] now so I can get a pair, I am not interested in selling the pulleys I have in case I ever rebuild this engine (don't have the money to do it right now)
