New paint on Bumper

gday! I'm a festiva owner from downunder, (Australia), its a black/grey 1993. Im sick and tired of spraying stuff on my bumper to darken it, it gets lighter from the sun rays all the time. And i was wondering if painting is a good idea? because its that plastic stuff what paint should i use and how. Never painted cars before...

Welcome! Go to the Custom Interior and Exterior forum and search for "painting bumpers." I know you have to use some flexible paint additive in order to keep your bumper paint from cracking. That's about all I know at this point--but I plan on doing some painting (including bumpers) in the next couple years.
