  • AC condensor fan won't shut off.

It came on as I was washing the car and it won't shut off. I removed the grille and unplugged it but what can make this happen?

Relays could have been messed with by the water. If you have dealer installed AC, the relays are on the passenger's side fender by the strut mount.

Mine are on the drivers side in front of the battery. They aren't mounted, they're just laying there. I've been meaning to pull the battery and mount them correctly anyway (and pull the fender to run some wires for fog lights.).. Guess I'll have to get around to it earlier than I thought I would..

At least it's a nice, small afternoon project. Pull them and set them in the sun to air dry.
