no more buzz?

Well as many of you probably hate the buzz when you leave your lights on when your car isn't turned on, I appreciate it. It went out at the same time as my headlight bulb.. I figured it must only go when both bulbs are working. So I got a new one, and still no buzzing. Does anybody have any idea? maybe a blown fuse? I've already had to get my buddy to boost me once...

heh heh, I just put that up, I figured it'd look better taking a big U turn.

I'll just check the fuses related to the headlights tomarrow. I'm also going to the wreckers for the first time tomarrow! I'm looking for a tach I'm not sure what else I'll find.

also, how much is a good price to pay for a tach?

i have a 93 L and i dont get a buzz when head lights are on and car is not wish i did first winter i had it got it jumped like 5 times if you find out what it is let me know

You guys need to upgrade to a cluster with tach to get the buzz. I upgraded after 12 or more boosts on the same battery!

I remember someone saying that Walmart sold a kit to add a buzzer

You won't find any Festiva's at the wreckers with factory tachs unless it happens to be a US car. No Canadian Festivas were equipped with the the tach cluster.

Darnit! I didn't go yesterda cuz of the damn wind and road conditions were really bad.. maybe I'll go up today just for a look, maybe get a muffler, mines getting noisy..

Ian's right!, Canadians never had tach clusters (or buzzers I think). If you don't mind an odo and speedo in miles, then you can get a US tach cluster. People often sell th here.

btw I love the zooming green Festy! Someone should make a screen saver with different coloured zooming Festies

well if people really liked them enough it would take almost no time at all to change the colors. I'd want people to tell me the color so I didn't make colors no one would use!
