If it's just the dash lights it's in the dimmer switch. If you lost all the dash lights and markers then check the instrumentation fuse in the panel. I think it's a 15 or 20 amp fuse.91 Festiva GL "Scrat"

Could be a fuse. Are your tail lights still working? I blew a fuse to the instument panel installing my stereo, and it was also the tail light fuse.
The cop gave me just a warning!
