i have a 1989 festiva, has the 1.3 wit 2 bb, well i put a new one on and i dont kno the adjustments for the idel and the other screw, and where to set the dis. if someone can help me then ty, cuz its buring rich high idel but if i pull on gas pedal it lowers,

the white handled screw on the passenger firewall side is base idle set screw.

large philips at lower most driver side of carb is choke/high idle set screw (has a spring on it) the tighter the screw, the lower the high idle setting.

dizzy should be dead center to start, then turn clockwise little by little untill you detect pinging/spark knock. then back it off a hair and your good to go. (engine MUST be up to temp while testing)
