  • torque converter output bearing

When I pulled the motor out of my beater aspire I kinda trashed the little sleeve bearing in the output of the converter. I haven't been able to find a listing for a replacement anywhere.

Anyone know of a source for a replacement?

If you're looking for a converter, 97 aspires had centrifugal lock up converters for a bit better mpgs. Grab one if you can!

As far as I know all aspires got the lockup converter. And judging by the wiring on the trans, I'm guessing its actually electronically controlled.

A remanded is like $209. A nearby yard has THEE ONE AND ONLY aspire torque converter listed on Car-part for $75.
