  • check engine light slight misfire?

ok so now that the belt doesnt squeal Occasionally when im driving the check engine light comes on and the car loses power for less than a second and then is fine again, just like letting off the gas completely and mashing it right back where it was. any ideas on what is common and where to start looking?
so far ive replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, alternator and belt, full synthetic oil change and filter and i seafoamed it.
next day i have time i already got a timing belt and water pump to attempt.

here is how its running now the idle at times slightly surges

    Thanks, Jesse

Sounds like you have a bad Grounding of the engine to the battery.

Also, make sure to clean your Battery post & clamps really good. The inside of the clamps & the outside of the posts should be shiny. I have to do mine every week.
