Wanted a Festiva wiring expert

Did a B6 swap on my Festiva and changed it from a
auto to a 5 speed. I also changed the wiring harness inside
the engine bay from a auto wiring harness to a manual wiring
harness. Got it all finish on the weekend. Now when you go
to start it one of the Relays behind the battery buzzes. i
replace it and it still buzzes. But when you turn the park lites on
or headlites on it stops. i check all connections everything looks good.
any ideas what I did wrong or didnt do .

Your in Canada correct? Does your car have daytime running lights? And just for the record I'm no where close to an expert. It may have to do with the daytime running light option that was available to Canucks.

Mine buzzes when the lights are left on with the ignition switch off. Does that help? Should be the opposite of what you have..
