So get this I go out this morning and hook the compressor wire back up and fire the car up and what do you know it works! As in cools. A few months ago the compressor wouldn't engage by itself but I could jumper it. I put some of the freon in the can with the stop leak just to make sure it wasn't low. Still wouldn't fire up so don't know why it started magically working. The problem is it clicks at idle and basically anytime the cheapy gauge reads over 25psi. Not sure how accurate the gauge is but seems to work on other cars. At idle it's reading 30psi and after running it for ten minutes got up to 45psi at idle. At 2k it reads around 15psi. It isn't extremely warm today. My other Aspire clicked at idle but it worked for 2 years till I sold it.. curious to see how long it lasted. Thoughts? I really need to get a better gauge with high and low just not low.
