I've lost my keys to one of my cars, got new door cylinders, can't figure out how to remove the ignition cylinder.

you can use the numbers on the passenger door cylinder to get a new key made.
Short of that....take the plastic off and you will see 2 flat tap screws...no slots. You can cut some slots in them and then you just unscrew them out. Once you do that....everything unplugs."FLTG4LIFE" @FINALLEVEL , "PBH"
