  • Locating Dash Bulbs *PIC*

I'm still having trouble locating the dash bulbs for the heater controls. Below is a picture of the bulb. The code printed says "S.14V 1.4W"

Where can I purchase this bulb and/or is there any other compatible bulb that will work?

Found them at Advance Auto! The one I got was a 73, looks like it will fit. Rated for 1.3 instead of 1.4

It will be nice to have a working heater lights. It's for my 1989 Ford Festiva

Replaced them all today. It feels good to have a working heater dash panel now

They key to easily replacing the bulbs are to disconnect the 3 cable wires that run to the vent regulators. One is on the drivers side to the right of the gas pedal, another is under the passenger side dash, and the last is by the heater core on the passengers side. Once those are disconnected, the entire cluster should be able to pull out far enough to make the switch. Just connect them again, re-install, and enjoy your new working heater lights

^ # 74 bulb may not work. I'm just replacing the one for the fan speed.
                Won't stay in holder.
