I just don't want to do it. I need it. I've needed it since the festivaL in Clemson. So pull the outer tie rod end, pull the rack boot, then use the special tool to get the inner tie rod off. Reverse procedure. Try to align. Anything I missed?

you can use a pipe wrench in a pinch...Trees aren't kind to me...
