My tank sending unit is junk where do I get a sending unit 88l how hard is it to change thanks

Changing it is easy as there is an access port under the back seat.
Replacing it will be the issue.

Let festyboy explain how to replace the wire which is likely what has corroded and failed.
I'm not sure he has done this or still looking for the correct resistance per foot wire to do the repair.
Otherwise, post a [WTB] in the correct forum after reading the rules of that section and someone may well have one for you.

My 88 L gas gage quit working. I just got another from Tonycash, installed it and it worked again. I would post a [WTB] for a new unit, or contact Tonycash to see if he has another. Change out is less than 30 minutes. It is under the back seat and carpet as Pu241 stated. Flip seat forward, lift carpet, remove screws to access panel, remove screws to sending unit, pull out unit and reverse install the the good one.
