Festiva horn not working

Hi,

Bought a 1989 Festiva August 1st of this year and I am trying to get the horn working .
Currently there is no voltage to the horn, but when I press the button on the steering wheel, there is a loud "click".

Anybody have any ideas?

A horn is a nice thing to have with a car this small!

Usually if the relay clicks it is getting voltage to the horn. Check the horn pigtail voltage again. Scrape a clean ground for the test lead.

Horn problem is usually a bad gound due to rust. It's the location of the horn low under the fender. Some people move the horn higher into the engine compartment. I did.
