Revs to about 3/4 throttle on startup

Not meaning to thread hack..but the missus has a EFI Dihatsu charade and it dislikes stopping and does a constant reving (after stop/starting ) and then the revs either drop or it stalls , revs are turned up higher then usual but not enough to make a difference.. seems to happen when the clutch is in and the accelerator is pushed in twice... have changed so many things on it..has legit 70,000k on it (1993) anyone got any ideas.. sound like the same problem.. cept EFI.

sounds more like the Honda Idle hunt issue Brayy, from what i get with Feva's situation, his idle just jumps to 3000+ and stays there.
