How to change time on clock

Hi.
How do I change the hours and minutes on my 1989 Festy? I go through this every time there is a time change. You'd think I would have learned by now. BUT...this time I will write it down.

I don't have the radio. But on some radios you turn the power off. Then hold down seek button or scan button. I'm not sure what the radio looks like.
