  • New rear hatch?

Question - How much hassle would it be to swap a hatch w/ burned out defrost grid and no wiper with a replacement that still has a functioning defrost and rear wiper?

What's the rear wiper/ washer control situation up front (on stalk or dash)? Between no defrost and no wiper it might be worth the trek to Oregon get it. Wants $30.00.

Fish out the pig tail(defrost and wiper motor) and washer tube BEFORE you unbolt the four 10mm bolts.
And it's pretty easy from there.
Just have to pull the passenger side trunk plastic interior to remove the reservoir and pump.
then make sure you get the switches from the cluster surround.
One for defrost and one for the wiper.

    Install is reserve of removal.
However running the washer tube is sometimes a PITB!

At $30, you might want to see what else might be available as far as parts are concerned.
