My antenna is bent up fairly bad, and I don't get every station. It's especially bad when the engine is running, which is probably a different issue altogether. What options do I have for replacing the antenna?

Get a JY one. Here is a procedure for doing the replacement. It's not that hard. Even easier if you already have an existing antenna wire to pull the string, coathanger, etc up with.
