Cylinder head replacement

I just bought a 1990 FI and one of the valves is sticky and giving me trouble. I was wondering if I would be able to put the cylinder head from an 89 carbureted festiva on it. Also anytips on freeing up that valve without tearing the thing apart would be greatly appreciated.
