What is the correct fluid to use? I used Dex/Merc ATF last time and want to make sure this wasn't a factor in my tranny dying. It died from the diff pin coming out so i'm thinking it's not fluid related.

I run 80W90 gear oil. The ATF is too thin IMO especially for summer driving.
I've heard really good things about synchromesh but I haven't run it myself.
IMHO - if you abuse the diff the pin will come out no matter what fluid1991 Mercury Capri XR2 "GTXR2" BPT Swapped AWD Conversion
