Woke up this morning tried to start. It died because it's cold after about 4 times of this. All I get now is one click when I turn the key. I tired jumping it off. But No luck. What do I do next?

Assuming you had good jump connections. With a test light
and a jump wire get the starter solenoid exposed. Make sure
the car is not in gear and the brake is set. Using the little jump
wire jump from the little wire on the solenoid to the bat pos. momentarily.
If all is the same the starter should click but not crank. Clamp the
test light to the battery neg and the pos big wire on the solenoid.
the light should be bright. Click the solenoid ( momentary contact )
with the little jump lead. The test light should stay bright. Move the
test light to the other big terminal on the starter solenoid. Click the
solenoid once more. Any number of things can result during
these tests, report your results.Last edited by Movin; 01-13-2012, 08:48 AM.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig

Seems to have been the battery. Hooked up one out of wife's van and it started. Now where is the cheapest batteries out there for our cars. Oreillys tried saying me one that was almost half the cost I paid for the car. Battery was $100

Throw away your jumper cables, they did not do you any good with your old cheap
battery. A good set of jumper cables starts at about $150 for the parts to build
your own. You will need them for your new cheapest battery. Unless:
Find the best battery that will suit your needs then shop the best price
for that exact part number. Festivas serve us well they don't deserve
to be fed mushroom food.Reflex paint by Langeman...Lifted...Tow Rig
